Application - Summer 2024

1. Payment in full must be received prior to arrival in camp.
2. Deposits are refundable until 1 week after receipt of application.
3. No reductions or refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures for any reason.
4. If a bochur is asked to leave camp for violation of camp rules there will be no refunds.
5. We will make every effort to protect the personal belongings of every bochur. However, we will not be responsible for damage to, or loss of, clothing or personal belongings.

I understand all the risks associated with participation in this program. I certify that my child/dependent is physically capable of participating in the summer program at Summer Camp and all related activities and trips. Exceptions are noted on the medical form. I ..., the undersigned, waive and release the Camp, its staff, volunteers and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of actionarising out of or related to any loss, personal injury (including death), disease, illness, or property loss that may be sustained or occur from participation in or otherwise be associated with the camp. I have read the camp policies and agree to adhere to them. I understand that valuables are brought to camp at campers own risk. Any personal items lost or stolen will not be replaced by Summer Camp. I hereby give my consent for my child/dependent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during camp. I have read and fully understand this release of liability. I sign it of my own free will.
